Our first time at this club and we’re looking forward to a great night. We’ll be appearing in the auditorium where there’s a fantastic dance floor so we’ll be playing our usual variety of music to dance to. The RSL Club has answered the call of local dancers and decided to put this show on so we hope to meet as many patrons as we can on the night.

Thursday 10 & Friday 11 May – Dubbo RSL

It was great to catch up with our friends at Dubbo RSL. We enjoy meeting new people as well having a chat to those we know and our two nights at this friendly club are always a pleasure. We have some great photos to add to our screen show so there will be lot’s of interest when we’re at the club again in July.

Sunday 22 April – Noosa North Shore Tavern

We had the pleasure of winding up the rock ‘n roll weekend and it was great to see some of the faithful with enough energy after two big nights of dancing. We were thrilled to see a group from Maryborough who had found out about the weekend from our website and made the trip to Noosa. Their support and encouragement is very much appreciated and we can’t wait to catch up with them again next time we’re at Maryborough Sports Club. It was also fantastic to have some friends from Wagga who were in the area and made a special effort to support the R&R weekend. The organisers would no doubt be very grateful to both groups for their attendance and we were thrilled to be able to spend some time with them. Thank you to all who stayed on and enjoyed the entire afternoon with us.

Friday 20 April – Maryborough Sports Club

It had been nearly 6 months since we’d performed at this friendly club and we realised how much we had missed the place. It was fantastic catching up with folks again and watching them having a good time on the dance floor. We were thrilled to bits to see our friends from Wagga turn up there. Bret and Joanne are on a caravanning trip and made a point of being in the area for the show. We really enjoyed catching up. We’ll be back in Maryborough in August and can’t wait!

Saturday 31 March – The Rules Club – Rock ‘n Roll in Red and Black

What a great night! We encouraged patrons to turn up in their best “Red and Black” and it was fantastic to see so many people get involved with the theme idea. There was plenty of Rock ‘n Roll as well as a good mix of line dancing and other partner dances – something for everyone. Check out the gallery page for photos.

Saturday 10 March – Collingullie Hall

This was the first time we’d performed at Collingullie and the first time Grant had performed there for around 30 years and we really enjoyed the night. It was fantastic to see so many of our friends make the trip from Wagga to support the locals in their effort to keep the old Collingullie Hall on the map. It was a night where young and old let their hair down and enjoyed a night of dancing and catching up with friends and family.

2011 – Sunday 27 November – Nambour RSL Club

We had another great time at this comfortable club. It was fantastic to see so many friends and familiar faces at our last show on the Sunshine Coast for the year. It was also very special for Grant to receive so many kind wishes and thoughts on his birthday – a big “Thank You” to everyone. We’re looking forward to seeing everyone again in April 2012.

We always enjoy catching up with so many friends and familiar faces at this great club. As our followers will know we always try to play requests and this certainly keeps us busy at our shows at Caloundra RSL on a Thursday morning. We love the variety of songs that people ask for and always come away with a few new songs to learn.
